Mentors
The mentors of the robotics team play a crucial role in guiding students through every phase of building the robot—from brainstorming and design to final assembly and competition. Rather than providing answers, they support students by asking thoughtful questions about the challenges they face, prompting the team to analyze problems and reach their own solutions. These mentors empower students to develop confidence, critical thinking, and engineering skills that last well beyond the competition season.
